Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "tp777", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the tp777 online gaming platform, its operators, directors, employees, agents, and successors, operating under an internationally recognised gaming licence.
• "Platform" — refers to the tp777 website accessible at tp777.cam, including all associated pages, services, games, sportsbook functions, software, and content made available through that domain.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any natural person who has registered a valid account on the tp777 Platform and is accessing or using tp777 services.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on the tp777 Platform, through which all gaming, betting, financial, and account management activities are conducted.
• "Balance" — refers to the total sum of real-money funds and/or bonus credits held in a Player's tp777 Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Game" — refers to any casino game, slot title, live dealer game, fishing game, virtual sport, or other gaming product made available through the tp777 Platform.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — refers to any real-money stake placed by a Player on a Game or a Sports Market on the tp777 Platform.
• "Bonus" — refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback amount, or other incentive awarded by tp777 to a Player subject to specific terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — refers to the identity and age verification process required by tp777 in compliance with its international licence obligations.
• "Prohibited Territory" — refers to any jurisdiction in which a Player's access to and use of online gaming services is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms. Any reference to "Pakistani players" or "users in Pakistan" refers to players who have provided a Pakistani residential address and verified a Pakistani payment method, without prejudice to tp777's right to conduct KYC verification of all players irrespective of stated residence.

By accessing the tp777 Platform, registering an Account, making a Deposit, placing a Bet, or using any service provided by tp777, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with any supplementary policies referenced herein including, without limitation, the tp777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tp777. tp777 reserves the right to require confirmation of acceptance in writing or through electronic means at any point during your use of the Platform. Acceptance via account registration tick-box, continued platform use following a Terms update notification, or any other mechanism designated by tp777 shall constitute valid and enforceable acceptance.

To register a tp777 Account and use the Platform's gaming and betting services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person of at least twenty-one (21) years of age. tp777 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted at registration and may be repeated prior to any withdrawal request.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or agent of tp777, nor are you a family member or cohabitant of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, restricted, or banned from the tp777 Platform or from other gaming platforms for conduct that would constitute a violation of these Terms.
• You understand that gambling can carry a risk of financial loss and addiction, and you are willingly and knowingly accepting those risks.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the tp777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein, pending investigation.

tp777 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time — including copies of a valid government-issued ID, proof of residential address (such as a utility bill dated within 90 days), and verification of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe stipulated by tp777 may result in account suspension and delay or denial of withdrawal requests.

Your tp777 Account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials — username and password — and for all activities that occur under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.

• You must not share your tp777 login credentials with any other person. tp777 support staff will never request your password.
• You must notify tp777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach affecting your credentials.
• tp777 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You assume full responsibility for Account security if you choose not to do so.
• Your Account Balance is held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). tp777 applies no currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals.
• Sessions automatically time out after 30 consecutive minutes of inactivity. You remain responsible for manually logging out on shared or public devices.

Inactive Accounts: An Account shall be deemed inactive if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. tp777 reserves the right to charge an administrative inactivity fee of up to Rs 200 per calendar month on inactive accounts after the initial twelve-month period, deducted from any remaining Account Balance. Prior written notice will be given via the registered email address before any inactivity fee is applied.

Account Closure: Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting tp777 support through the live chat available within the Platform. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any pending Bets at the time of closure will be settled according to applicable game rules, and any remaining verified Balance will be returned to the registered payment method.

5.1 Deposits. Deposits to your tp777 Account may be made via the payment methods listed on the Platform's deposit page, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and bank transfer. All deposits are denominated in PKR. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

tp777 does not accept deposits from third parties. You may only fund your Account using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from a third-party payment source will be returned to the source account and may trigger a KYC review.

5.2 Withdrawals. You may request a withdrawal of your verified real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit or to a payment method registered in your name and verified by tp777.
• Minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing fees are disclosed on the withdrawal page of the Platform.
• tp777 targets a withdrawal processing time of one (1) to three (3) hours for verified accounts during operational hours. Certain bank transfers may take longer due to inter-bank processing requirements.
• tp777 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks for withdrawal requests exceeding Rs 1,00,000 in a single transaction or Rs 5,00,000 within a 30-day period.

5.3 Currency. All financial transactions on the tp777 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). tp777 does not impose currency conversion fees. Any exchange rate fluctuations relevant to the player's personal tax or financial circumstances are the sole responsibility of the Player.

tp777 offers promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible Players at its sole discretion. The availability, amount, and specific terms of any promotion are governed by the individual promotion's terms, which supplement these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence regarding that promotion only.

• Each eligible Player may claim each specific promotional offer only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other bonuses, or any other consideration outside the specific redemption pathway defined by the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as multiples of the bonus amount (e.g., 35x means the bonus amount multiplied by 35 must be wagered before the balance becomes withdrawable).
• tp777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.
• Players who are found to be abusing promotions — including through the use of multiple accounts, bonus exploitation strategies, or third-party coordination — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their Accounts suspended.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Bonus credit and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified validity window will expire without compensation.

tp777 applies game contribution weightings to wagering requirements. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate to wagering requirements than slot games. Specific contribution rates are disclosed in individual promotion terms. Failure to review individual promotion terms before claiming a bonus does not exempt a Player from those terms.

All Games offered on the tp777 Platform are operated in accordance with the rules published within each Game interface and the applicable game provider's certified rules. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with Game rules prior to placing any Bet.

All random number generators (RNGs) used in tp777's non-live Games are certified by independent third-party testing laboratories in accordance with tp777's international licence requirements. Live dealer games are conducted using physical cards, wheels, and dice under continuous camera supervision. tp777 does not interfere with, manipulate, or alter game outcomes.

The sportsbook operated by tp777 is subject to separate sportsbook rules available within the tp777 sports betting interface. In all cases, tp777's decision on the settlement of bets is final, subject only to a formal dispute process outlined in Section 13 of these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tp777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of Account Balance pending investigation, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where warranted:

• Registering more than one Account or allowing any other person to register an Account on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point during account use, including during KYC verification.
• Using the tp777 Platform if you are under the age of 21 years.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated method to interact with the Platform, place Bets, or circumvent security measures.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match fixing, or coordination with other Players or third parties to exploit game mechanics or betting markets.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially criminal activity.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, technical errors, or mathematical advantages in any Game — including exploiting clearly erroneous odds displayed in the sportsbook.
• Charging back any deposit made to tp777 through a third-party payment dispute mechanism after the relevant funds have been used in play.
• Systematically combining bonus offers across multiple accounts to extract value in excess of that intended by tp777 for a single Player.

All content on the tp777 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "tp777", logo, platform design, visual elements, game content, written material, software, data, and any other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to tp777 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes consistent with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, display, scrape, adapt, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without tp777's prior written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to tp777 regarding the Platform may be used by tp777 freely without obligation, compensation, or attribution.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tp777 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

tp777's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your tp777 Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tp777 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. tp777 shall not be liable for any interruption, delay, or failure in Platform availability caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, third-party server outages, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.

tp777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming as an integral part of its platform operation and as an obligation under its international gaming licence. The following responsible gaming provisions form a binding part of these Terms:

11.1 Age Verification. The minimum age requirement for all tp777 services is twenty-one (21) years. tp777 verifies player age at registration and reserves the right to verify age again at any time, including immediately prior to any withdrawal. Any winnings accrued by a Player subsequently found to be under 21 will be forfeited.

11.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. tp777 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within each Player's Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit ceilings. Reductions are effective immediately; increases are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum continuous play session duration with optional auto-logout enforcement.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss caps per session or per defined period.
• Reality Checks: Time-elapsed notifications displayed during active gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the Platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, no marketing communications will be sent and re-access will be blocked for the duration of the exclusion period.

11.3 Problem Gambling. If you believe your gambling behaviour is causing harm to yourself or others, tp777 strongly encourages you to make use of the self-exclusion tools described above and to seek support from a qualified problem gambling organisation. tp777 accepts no liability for losses sustained during a period in which a Player failed to make use of available responsible gaming tools.

11.4 Marketing Exclusion. Players who have self-excluded will be removed from all tp777 marketing communications for the duration of their exclusion period and will not be targeted with promotional offers during that time.

12.1 Amendments. tp777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, tp777 will provide notice to registered Players via the email address on record, a notification within the Platform, or both. Such notice will be provided at least five (5) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except in cases where immediate amendment is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.

12.2 Termination by tp777. tp777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if tp777 reasonably determines that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or fraudulent information.
• Your use of the Platform poses a risk of financial crime, fraud, or regulatory breach.
• You are accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• Continuation of your Account would expose tp777 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination for cause, tp777 may withhold Account Balance pending investigation. Balances that are determined not to be associated with fraudulent activity will be returned to the registered payment method within a reasonable time following the completion of any investigation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which tp777 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction of residence.

13.1 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and tp777 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the following procedure applies:

• Informal Resolution: You must first contact tp777 customer support via the live chat in your Account or by email at [email protected]. Most disputes are resolved informally and promptly at this stage. tp777 will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours of receipt.
• Formal Complaint: If your dispute is not resolved informally within ten (10) business days, you may escalate it to a formal written complaint submitted to tp777's compliance team. tp777 will provide a final written response within 28 days of receiving a formal complaint.
• Regulatory Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied following tp777's final response, you may refer the dispute to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by tp777's international gaming licence, the details of which are available upon request from tp777 support.

tp777's decisions on the settlement of gaming outcomes are final and binding, except where a technical malfunction has caused an incorrect game result — in which case the malfunction policy in Section 7 applies. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within fourteen (14) days of the relevant event.
